La Fundación Municipal de la Mujer ha dado comienzo a la tercera edición del programa formativo Igualdad de Oportunidades en la Empresa, que se desarrollará hasta el próximo día 26. Habrá una cuarta y última edición, del 29 de septiembre al 10 de octubre.
Este programa, que se realiza mediante la plataforma de teleformación del Instituto de Fomento, Empleo y Formación y tiene una duración de catorce horas, incidie en las empresas como motor de cambio para la sociedad, planteando actuaciones para introducir medidas de igualdad de oportunidades analizando problemas como la desigualdad salarial o la conciliación.
