Con la finaciación de la Consejería de Bienestar Social de la Junta de Andalucía y el Ayuntamiento de Cádiz por la Delegación de Asuntos Sociales dará comienzo el programa para el desarrollo de hábitos socioeducativos dirigido a la integración social de los menores y sus familias, esto se enmarca dentro de Plan de Zonas con Necesidad de Transformación Social, que se lleva desarrollando en la Barriada de La Paz desde hace varios años.
En este sentido trabaja Bahía Gaditana ofreciendo a sus vecinos los talleres de lectura, patronaje , corte y confección, manualidades, Centro Público de Acceso a Internet, conocimiento de nuevas tecnologías, y apoyo de estuido a escolares, así como varios campamentos y visitas a diferentes lugares de la ciudad y provincia con el programa "Cádiz desde la calle"
